On January 1, 2015, Harper College became smoke-free. The Smoke-Free Campus policy asks EVERYONE to refrain from smoking while on College property. The policy includes ALL indoor and outdoor spaces and college-owned vehicles while on College property. It does not apply to personal vehicles. Visit www.harpercollege.edu and search “smoke-free” for details, including specifics about products covered by the policy. We ask that you, as a renter of Harper College facilities, share this information with members and guests of your organization before they visit our campus.

Smoking is defined as, “Burning, inhaling, or exhaling of any kind from a lighted pipe, cigar, cigarette, hookah, weed, herbs, or any other lighted smoking equipment or electronic cigarette.”
